Hello! My name is Caitlyn, I have been planning events my whole life but finally decided to turn it into a career in 2022! I love coordinating weddings, doing balloon design, florals, and event planning for all types of events. Event Planning

I provide event planning services for all types of events, big and small, this is why the pricing varies with each event! some examples of events I plan/coordinate are Birthdays, Bridal Showers, Proposals, Retirement Parties, Baby Showers, and SO MANY MORE!
Partial Planning
$2000
My Partial Planning package includes help finishing those last-minute details, booking those last few vendors you need, etc. I am here to help you complete your wedding planning checklist and make you feel at ease for your big day to come!
Includes Rehearsal (2 hrs max) & wedding day of coordination (10 hrs max). From booking I will be available for messages, and staying in contact every so often leading up to your big day!
Day of Coordination

I do all types of balloon design! From smaller arrangements such as centerpieces, balloon bouquets, and pillars, to bigger arrangements such as garlands, arches, and backdrops!
Florals

I can do floral arrangements for all events! such as centerpieces for a birthday to bouquets and arch pieces for your wedding, and everything in between!
I can work well with all types of colors and styles!
I provide arrangements in fresh flowers and artificial flowers!
Custom Gifts

I can make pretty much any kind of gift you would want! Gift boxes, baskets, bouquets, etc!
